HIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes My Store Gadgetsplus9 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages My Store Gadgetsplus9 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping may be available in the future.

You're seeing a "Manage" button at the top - that's likely for managing policy templates or settings.

For now, focus on the blank editor area where you can paste the shipping policy content I provided.

Here's what to do:

  1. Click in the blank text area (the editor where you'll write the policy)
  2. Paste the shipping policy template I gave you above
  3. Look for a "Save" button (usually at the top right or bottom of the page)
  4. Click Save

The "Manage" button is separate - you don't need to click it right now. Just paste the policy content into the editor and save it.

Have you pasted the shipping policy text into the editor yet? Once you do, look for the Save button and click it!
